Each year Members of the Northern California MCA provides Scholarships to students whose parents are an instrumental part of the Construction Industry.
The program was established in 1992 in memory of Kent T. Morrill, who served as president of the association in 1988.

The Kent T. Morrill Scholarship program is open to the children of all NON-COLLECTIVE BARGAINING employees whose parent works full time for Northern California MCA or its Contractor members. IF YOUR PARENT IS A MEMBER OF ANY CONSTRUCTION UNION, YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO APPLY FOR THE NCMCA SCHOLARSHIP.
